Replacement of 3 year old water heater under warranty

Jason and his colleague have done a great job installing a new water heater, under warranty. The previous one was only 3 years old, but started to leak already. They replaced the main valve as that appeared to be leaking as well and replaced the water pan. Thanks Jason for great job done!

Great Service

It was a long and arduous job to detect blockages in our community sewer system due to overgrown tree roots. Rich had to call out a second team to use their extra 200 ft of cable to unblock several places where roots were compromising the drainage. He gave us a good overview of what to present to our HOA to address other parts of the sewer pipe serving the community. And all of this on a incredibly hot day- 96 F

Pleasant and professional Service

Rich was attentive, pleasant and professional in going through the procedure to detect where a blockage could be in the sewer system. He took the time to explore in and around the house for the valve that would give access to the sewer system for blockage detection.

Upon arrival I was shown to the water heater in 604. I informed the customer of the rusting on the hot side and the age. The estimate to replace the water heater with a permit and 530 valve was signed. Due to the AC lines being in the way I couldn’t do it today. Contacted Advanced Air and they’ll call me back to let me know if they can perform the service and we’ll orchestrate when the work will be done. If all else fails, I’ll need a second person to come with me and we’ll find the AC stack in case there’s a failure on the AC valves when the water heater is being changed. Customer put a $1200 deposit down towards the work

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Rob who opened service entrance for me and took me upstairs to the unit. I went over briefly which tiles would be removed, he confirmed that he did have a few spare tiles. Moreover, after removing first tile, I was able to see the old drain. The concrete slab would need to be chipped around to gain access to the pipe, to properly make connections. I also told Rob that would need to happen. Hence, I lifted the second tile and the water lines were also there. Two tiles were lifted in total, I called Shelly on a recorded line and went through everything. I gave her an estimate over the phone, and she approved verbally for the actual work of the installation. We will come back to chip concrete and connect our rough in kit before she gets tub delivered, so she can get the tile back on before we set the tub. *ordered parts, waiting on rough-in kit* Tech will cut into tile floors to assure drain and water lines are existing.

Upon arrival to the location, I called Rob the engineer to meet me at the front desk. Shortly after, Rob took me upstairs to the unit and showed me the bathroom where Shelly wanted the tub. There’s currently no tub there but Rob believes that at some point there was and the owners got it removed. He showed me a few units below and above with the same layout and they all had tubs in the exact location. He also showed me the building plans where they also have a tub in that location. Shelly also wanted some adjustments done to her shower stall, she wanted to add another shower spout and move the handheld wand to another location. After checking the unit, I got on the phone with Shelly and explained that we will have to cut into the tiles first to expose the drain and water lines to assure we can tie in from above. She understood and gave me the green light, she did mention she had meetings throughout the afternoon but she okayed the demo portion. When I got back to the building, I got wi

This invoice is to provide and replace existing garbage disposal with half horsepower badger five garbage disposal. Once installed a water test will take place to ensure no leaks and garbage disposal is working properly. Customer is having drainage issues in the kitchen at this time. I am water testing the dishwasher to ensure proper drainage. May have to come back at a later date to snake the sink.

On arrival customer showed us existing water heater with manufacture date of 2018 and is only keeping hot water for a 10 min shower. I wrote an estimate for the customer and presented it on the spot. The customer said he would reach back with us on Monday about proceeding with the job. Customer stated he never serviced the heater and we advised we cannot touch the heater for repair if it was never serviced and past 5 years.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Michael who was outside waiting on us. He showed us the main right by the front door, and explained he wants a whole home on the inside of the home. There’s 3.5 bathrooms in the home, it’s him and his wife and sometimes the kids come by. He mentioned he was interested in getting a whole home filtration 2 years ago when he remodeled the entire house but didn’t because the price was too high. He said he’s getting tired of seeing the lime scale build up on his fixtures and spots so he’s interested in getting it done now. He not very familiar with the systems but I recommend getting Both a softener and carbon system which covers everything for the most part. I told him to give me a few minutes to build some options, but he mentioned he has to step out to a meeting, he said he was expecting us at 9am. He stated we can call whenever to go over the options. He made sure we had his correct phone number and email.

Upon arrival, we returned for a technician recall with the necessary parts to complete a full rebuild on a Toto one-piece toilet. After the rebuild, we conducted thorough leak testing and confirmed there were no leaks. After finalizing the repair, we discussed any additional concerns with the customer. They mentioned a strange noise coming from their garbage disposal. Upon inspection, we found a butter knife lodged in an area that was inaccessible by hand. We provided a quote for a new garbage disposal installation, which the customer approved. The job has now been fully completed, and the customer is satisfied. Upon arrival customer had a Toto toilet leaking by through flapper to flush valve. We pulled out 3” korkey universal flapper and put in korkey Toto blue flapper. 3” universal flapper was mating perfectly with other two toilets. Before swapping flapper, we sanded mating surface to flush valve.

During our annual walkthrough, we identified issues with the fill valves and flappers in all three toilets—the master, guest, and additional bathroom. This is an estimate to replace both 2 old style moen cartridges with 2 new moen cartridges. This is an estimate to remove and replace two shower cartridges and replace a flapper. Flapper to toilet is old and not operating as it should. Both shower cartridges are hard to pull out to dispense water. They will need to be exchanged for new.
